During this structured evaluation, we determine the feasibility, benefits, and technical requirements of applying Secoya’s process technologies to a specific compound, formulation, or challenge faced by the client.

At Secoya, we verify whether a specific process or application can be successfully implemented during a hands-on technical evaluation. During this step, we also answer questions about efficiency, reproducibility, and scalability.

Once a process has been proven feasible, an optimization study is the next step to fine-tune performance, improve efficiency, and prepare for scale-up. We use a data-driven approach to define the best possible set of parameters for your specific process.

This step is designed to be as seamless as possible thanks to our modular and reproducible equipment architecture. Runs are done on single and multiple channels and a cost evaluation is done prior to investment.

To ensure a smooth implementation at the client’s site, we provide full support during the final stages and beyond. As part of the technology transfer, this includes operator training, on-site assistance, maintenance, and after-sales service to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
